Refund and Return Policy for Scroll and Circuit
At Scroll and Circuit, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before making your purchase. By completing your transaction, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable Items
Due to the collectible and sensitive nature of trading card game (TCG) products, all sales on TCG cards, packs, and related products are final. These items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.

Returnable Items
Items other than TCG products may be eligible for return under the following conditions:

Condition: The product must be in its original, sealed packaging and in "New" condition.

Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery, as verified by the tracking information provided during shipment.
Return Process
To initiate a return:

Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions.

Ship the item back to the address provided in the return instructions. The return must include the original packaging and any included documentation or accessories.

Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund for all eligible returns. This fee helps cover the costs associated with inspecting, restocking, and processing the returned item.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If the returned item does not meet the eligibility criteria, it will be returned to you at your expense, and no refund will be issued.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@scrollandcircuit.com with photos of the damage and your order details.


We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Exclusions
Items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable" are not eligible for returns.
Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless defective.
