Welcome to Scroll & Circuit. We are committed to delivering our exclusive range of products with efficiency and care. Below is our Shipping Policy, which outlines our practices and procedures in shipping our products to you, our valued customer.
Processing Time
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) Eastern US Time, on a business day are processed and dropped off at our carrier by approximately 2:30 PM the same day, qualifying as "same-day shipping." Orders received after 12:00 PM will be processed and shipped the next business day at 9:00 AM.
Business days exclude weekends and US public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Scroll & Circuit offers free shipping on orders over $1000.
For orders under 3 ounces, we utilize a plain white envelope for shipping under First Class Mail without tracking. Orders over 3 ounces will be shipped as a package with tracking provided.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these circumstances.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
Scroll & Circuit ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. For shipments to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses, please ensure the address format is correctly entered during the checkout process.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Scroll & Circuit is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Scroll & Circuit is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
Currently, we only ship to Canada and the U.S. For international orders, the customer is responsible for understanding and complying with the laws and regulations regarding shipping to their country, including any additional fees or restrictions.
